In garment rack factories, logistics equipment refers to all the tools and equipment used in various logistics processes such as warehousing, handling, and transportation of garment goods. The following are some common types of logistics equipment:

1. Storage Cages

- Structure and Material: Usually made of metal wire or plastic, generally in a square or rectangular grid structure, foldable or fixed. For example, some small garment storage cages are made of welded metal wire, with a galvanized surface to prevent rust and increase service life.
- Features: Offers advantages such as fixed storage capacity, neat stacking, and clear visibility, facilitating inventory checks and improving warehouse space utilization. They are sturdy, durable, and reusable, reducing packaging costs and labor consumption for businesses. Some storage cages also have wheels for easy movement within the workshop.

2. Pallets

- Structure and Material: Include wooden, plastic, and metal pallets. Wooden pallets are less expensive but susceptible to moisture and damage; plastic pallets are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean; metal pallets offer high load-bearing capacity and durability. For example, in garment warehouses, metal pallets may be used for heavier garment goods.
- Features: Serve as carriers for goods, allowing garments to be neatly stacked for easy handling and stacking by equipment such as forklifts, enabling unit load handling and improving handling efficiency. The use of pallets also helps protect garment goods from factors such as ground moisture.

3. Stacking Racks

- Structure and Material: Generally made of all-metal materials, with a stable structure composed of columns, beams, and shelves, allowing for modular stacking in any direction. For example, some garment manufacturing warehouses use stacking racks to store large quantities of finished or semi-finished garments.
- Features: Easy installation, convenient stacking operations, low maintenance costs, and enable unit management for more efficient warehousing operations. They can be customized to different garment sizes and weights to meet diverse storage needs.

4. Logistics Carts

- Structure and Material: Typically consist of a metal frame and a tabletop made of plastic or wood, equipped with wheels and handles for easy manual pushing. Their size and load-bearing capacity are designed according to actual needs; some logistics carts also have layered partitions or railings to prevent garments from slipping during transport.
- Features: Suitable for product flow and temporary storage in workshops, warehouses, and stores, commonly used in logistics picking operations. In garment rack factories, logistics carts can be used to transport garment goods from the production workshop to the warehouse, or for short-distance handling and sorting within the warehouse, improving logistics efficiency.

5. Conveyor Belts

- Structure and Material: Generally made of rubber, plastic, or metal, and come in various types such as belt-type and chain-plate type. The length, width, and speed of the conveyor belt can be customized according to actual production needs to suit different scales of garment production lines.
- Features: An automated device for transporting garment goods from one place to another, enabling continuous and efficient material handling. In garment production, conveyor belts can transport cut fabrics, sewn garment semi-finished products, etc., in a certain order and speed to various processing stages, reducing manual handling labor intensity and improving production efficiency.

6. Forklifts

- Structure and Types: Forklifts have fork-shaped forks and are mechanical equipment used for handling and stacking goods. They can be powered by electricity or fuel, and come in various types such as counterbalance, reach, and side forklifts.
- Features: In the logistics operations of garment rack factories, forklifts are mainly used for loading and unloading goods, stacking, and short-distance transportation. They can quickly and accurately move pallets or stacking racks of garment goods to designated locations, improving the speed of loading and unloading goods and warehouse efficiency, and reducing the risk of manual handling.

7. Seals and Labels

- Structure and Types: Seals are usually made of plastic or metal and are disposable sealing devices; labels include paper labels, self-adhesive labels, etc., which can indicate information about the goods, such as destination, weight, size, and batch number.
- Features: Seals are used to seal containers, truck bodies, or packaging boxes to ensure that goods are not illegally opened or tampered with during transportation; labels are used to identify various information about garment goods, facilitating identification, management, and tracking during logistics, improving the accuracy and transparency of logistics operations.

These logistics equipment play an indispensable role in the logistics operations of garment rack factories, together forming an efficient and orderly logistics system.
