However, it’s important to note that you should choose expansion bolts of the right specifications based on the actual load of the shelving unit as well as the characteristics of the floor material. II. Chemical Anchor Bolt Fixing Method
     For scenarios with high load-bearing requirements or particularly unique ground structures—such as warehouses renovated from older buildings—chemical anchors are an ideal choice. They rely on a specially formulated adhesive to firmly bond the threaded rod to the hole walls, creating a reliable anchoring effect. During installation, first thoroughly clean out any dust or debris from the bore, then inject an appropriate amount of chemical agent before inserting the anchor and allowing it to cure. Chemical anchors boast exceptional tensile strength and seismic resistance, effectively handling the dynamic loads that may arise over time under heavy-duty shelving systems. However, the installation process is relatively complex, requiring strict adherence to the product instructions—including carefully controlling the amount of chemical agent used, the insertion depth, and the curing time—to ensure optimal performance.


3. Embedded Component Welding Method
     In some newly constructed factory buildings or specially designed logistics center projects, pre-embedded components are often welded directly to secure the heavy-duty shelf columns. Specifically, before pouring concrete for the floor, steel plates or other metal components are pre-positioned according to design specifications to serve as embedded parts. Once the concrete has hardened and reached sufficient strength, the shelf columns are then securely welded to these pre-embedded elements. This method ensures the strongest possible connection, virtually eliminating any risk of loosening—making it especially suitable for ultra-large, ultra-high-rise heavy-duty shelving systems. Given that this process requires close coordination with civil construction phases, meticulous upfront planning and preparation are absolutely critical; any deviations during this stage can become extremely difficult to rectify later on.


     Regardless of the fixing method used, installation must be carried out strictly according to relevant standards and specifications by professional technicians.
