CTU material box rack
The company mainly produces and operates: various types of racking, product types range from unmanned fully automatic automated three-dimensional warehouses, semi-automatic shuttle racking systems, to small supermarket self-selection racking, and related logistics peripheral equipment (such as: storage cages, pallets, etc.).
Product Introduction
Project Overview
The CTU container automated storage system is a highly efficient automated material storage system designed to enable enterprises to achieve orderly storage, quick access, and precise management of materials. This project aims to design a CTU container automated storage system with complete functions and stable performance to meet the high requirements of enterprises for material management.
Design Principles
1. Efficiency: Ensure high efficiency in material storage, retrieval, and transportation to improve enterprise production efficiency and logistics operation speed.
2. Stability: Ensure the stability and reliability of system operation, reducing failure rates and maintenance costs.
3. Flexibility: The system design should have a certain degree of flexibility to adapt to the storage needs of material containers of different specifications and sizes.
4. Safety: Ensure the safety of system operation, reducing potential safety risks.
System Composition
The CTU container automated storage system mainly consists of a three-dimensional rack, an aisle stacker, material handling equipment, and a control system. Each component needs to cooperate closely to achieve collaborative work.
Equipment Selection
1. Three-dimensional rack: Select a rack with strong load-bearing capacity and stable structure to ensure the safety and stability of material storage.
2. Aisle stacker: Select a high-precision and high-efficiency aisle stacker to achieve fast access to materials.
3. Material handling equipment: Select appropriate handling equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor belts, according to material characteristics and storage needs.
Process Flow
When materials enter the warehouse, the material containers are placed in the designated storage locations by handling equipment; when materials leave the warehouse, the aisle stacker automatically retrieves materials according to instructions and transports them to the designated location. The entire process flow needs to be automated, efficient, and precise.
Control System
The control system is the core part of the CTU container automated storage system, responsible for realizing the automated control and intelligent management of the system. The control system needs to have the following functions:
1. Real-time monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the material status and equipment operation status in the warehouse to ensure stable system operation.
2. Data processing: Processing and analyzing the collected data to provide decision support for material management.
3. Fault diagnosis: Automatically detect system faults and perform preliminary diagnosis, providing guidance for troubleshooting.
