Heavy-duty shelving
The company mainly produces and operates: various types of racking, product types range from unmanned fully automatic automated three-dimensional warehouses, semi-automatic shuttle racking systems, to small supermarket self-selection racking, and related logistics peripheral equipment (such as: storage cages, pallets, etc.).
Product Introduction
Heavy-duty racking is a very common type of racking in warehousing systems. Its main features include high load capacity, wide height adaptability, mechanical access, and high picking efficiency. The following is a detailed introduction to heavy-duty racking:
1. Definition and Characteristics :
o Heavy-duty racking, also known as beam racking or pallet racking, belongs to the category of pallet racking.
o The structure is simple and effective, mainly using a fully assembled structure of upright frames and beams.
o Each layer has a load capacity exceeding 500 kg, hence the name "heavy-duty racking".
o Functional accessories such as partitions and steel shelves can be added according to the characteristics of the unit load equipment to meet the storage requirements of different types of unit load equipment.
2. Application Areas :
o Widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, and distribution centers.
o Suitable for both high-variety, small-batch items and low-variety, large-batch items.
o Most frequently used in high-bay and very high-bay warehouses, such as automated high-bay warehouses.
3. Main Features :
o Goods are usually stored on the racking after being assembled into unit loads using pallets, storage cages, etc.
o The load capacity per unit is generally within 4000kg, with two units usually placed on each layer.
o The span of the unit racking is generally within 4m, and the depth is within 1.5m. The height of low and high-bay warehouse racking is generally within 12m, and the height of very high-bay warehouse racking is generally within 30m.
o The height of each layer can be freely adjusted in increments of 75mm.
4. Structural Composition :
o It is assembled from uprights, beams, cross-braces, diagonal braces, and self-locking bolts.
o The beams use specially designed cold-rolled P-type closed beams, which are simple, reliable, lightweight, and have high load-bearing capacity.
o When connecting the beam connector to the upright, a specially designed safety pin is used to ensure that the beam will not fall off under impact.
o The shelves use strip shelves that are strong, wear-resistant, easy to replace, and have low maintenance costs.
